Bill is a Financial Advisor and a Registered Representative. Bill focuses on income and estate tax planning for high net worth individuals, successful professionals, business owners, and retirees. Bill believes the primary objective is to reduce individual and corporate income taxes, as well as estate taxes as allowed.

Bill has trained over 600 CPA’s in proper long-term care (LTC), and estate planning as an educator at the yearly meetings in California. He has also trained over 200 FPA members in comparable venues. He has provided training about LTC issues to numerous local insurance groups, and spoken as the keynote motivational speaker at the Washington State, Central California, and Hawaii NAIFA conventions. He has trained CLU’s and ChFC’s, as well as insurance agents, financial representatives, brokers, bankers, as well as spoken before employees and managers of top 500 US corporations.

Bill is a frequent speaker at investor conferences and industry education conferences. He is the author of the books “Long Term Care, Alternatives and Solutions”, and “Pathways to Financial Freedom”. Bill has been a member of the Top of the Table for the past nineteen years in a row. He is also a member of Ed Slott’s Elite IRA Advisor Group TM, providing unique solutions for complex IRA issues. Bill has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, local San Francisco newspapers, many magazines, and online publications over the years.
